3/7/16 Bastille Day

12th-16th July, will see Dough Bistro releasing a special Bastille Day tasting menu. We'll have some French classic cocktails available, alongside our exceptionally valued six course tasting menu, for just £50 per couple, or £90 with complementing wine flight. Reservations are required, so please call 01132787255 to make a reservation. Our French cocktails are available all week, and our usual bespoke cocktail menu will still be available.

1/5/16 Yorkshire Food and Drink Festival

We'll be teaming up with Aperol and our sister bar Vice and Virtue to bring you some innovative anti past during the first weekend in June's Yorkshire Food and Drink festival at millennium square, Leeds. We're just by the main stage, where our Executive chef, Luke Downing with be cooking up some local cuisine from Vice and Virtue's new restaurant menu and some cocktails for you to sample.

29/01/16 New Menu Development

Our team are in the process of creating our best ever menu, ready for the spring. With French and Yorkshire influences, expect seasonal, local produce, with a Leeds/French twist. An exceptional menu de jour, moth watering tasting menu and a fantastic a la carte, something to suit everyone!

26/01/16 Valentine's Day

Our menu is available for the Valentine's weekend and of course, we will be open for the day itself, on Sunday the 14th February. Expect a fantastic menu, developed by our award winning team, and a great way to show your loved one, romance isn't dead, not at Dough anyway!

23/10/15 Game and Ale Night 

Our annual game and ale night is in the process of being finalised. A great night which involves a tasting menu of game dishes, complemented by some of the regions best ales, and described by our ale sommelier. Booking is essential, we only have limited seats available. Date TBC

17/10/15 Special Offers

For those making Christmas time reservations, we're offering a sparkling cocktail on arrival when booking for groups of 10 or more, or when reserving the eight course tasting menu. Anyone checking into our Facebook page in November, will receive a free cocktail, when showing their like/check in to our waiting team.

29/09/15 New Signage

Our new look Dough Bistro is nearly complete. Just putting the finishing touches to the front, a lick of paint, and we're there! To celebrate the reopening we're offering all our customers a complimentary glass of Prosecco, when downloading the voucher from our Facebook page when dining from the a la carte or tasting menus. Our menu de jour already includes a glass of house wine. Like us on Facebook to keep up to date with promotions and vouchers and giveaways.

23/09/15 New City Centre Venue

Today we received the keys to our new sister venue. Two floors, one dedicated to exceptional and experimental cocktails, the other floor dedicated to the best food Yorkshire has to offer, with tasting plates and tasting menus. The cocktail floor should be trading by mid November, and we'll be running a competition for VIP opening night tickets. With the name and location to be announced shortly, this venue will be dedicated to our love of good food, good drinks and good company.

12/09/15 Cocktails! 

We're just putting the finishing touches to our bespoke cocktail menu. We love cocktails at Dough, and have offered bespoke cocktails for many years, including molecular cocktails, to classic and traditional cocktails. Our new cocktail menu will have a French twist, and some seasonal edge to it. Find out which cocktails are on the new cocktail menu by checking our Facebook page from Tuesday 15th September, when Dough reopens after our brief refurb.

30/08/15 The new Dough Bistro is coming!

Dough is returning to it's French roots this autumn, but regular customers fear not, our award winning team has not changed, and our food is created with the same principles as before, using seasonal and local ingredients as the foundation of our modern style of cooking. 

We are currently closed to refurbish the restaurant and are awaiting delivery of our new signage and small outdoor seating area. With the changes comes some fantastically valued new menus, with our 'menu de jour' offering two courses of home cooked bistro food, with a glass of house wine for just £16 per person, and running all day, and every day we are open!

Our Chef's tasting menu is still available, with the added luxury of a complementary glass of Champagne when ordering, and our innovative a la carte menu, no longer just two or four course, show cases our modern take on some traditional French classics.

21/08/15 Highly anticipating our new City Centre Venue

It's all a bit hush hush at the moment, but Dough's Luke Downing has started work on his latest project which sees both a modern cocktail bar and innovative food menu coming to Leeds City Centre. With the location remaining top secret at the moment, our VIP friends should look forward to the highly anticipated bar opening in mid October.
